After looking at hundreds of comic book covers, it becomes quickly apparent that not every cover is 100% original. Whether done intentionally or even underhandedly, there’s something about uncovering these “swipes” that adds a new element of fun to reading and collecting comics.<\/font><\/p>\n

Fantastic Four <\/em>#3 debuted the Baxter Building, the Fantastic-Car (and other inventions) along with a lesser-known villain named, Miracle Man (no! not that <\/em>Miracleman!). 45 years later, a Black Panther <\/em>cover paid homage to that issue.<\/p>\n
