After looking at hundreds of comic book covers, it becomes quickly apparent that not every cover is 100% original. Whether done intentionally or even underhandedly, there’s something about uncovering these “swipes” that adds a new element of fun to reading and collecting comics.<\/font><\/p>\n

Ray Palmer <\/strong>isn’t quite as small as an actual atom but he is <\/em>really tiny! His size makes for some great cover shots that just wouldn’t fit a regular-sized super-hero. Here, Brian Bolland <\/strong>pays tribute to a classic Gil Kane <\/strong>cover from 40 years prior!<\/p>\n
