What Happens
|
Quasar encounters Billy Betelheim, who claims to be Origin, the creator of all superheroes. He also claims that his grandmother, the Unbeing, destroys superheroes, causing them to be forgotten. She's based in the midwest, which is supposedly the reason why there aren't many heroes there. Origin's excuse for the Great Lakes Avenger's continued existence, is that the Unbeing is getting old and senile, letting some heroes slip by.
